Return & refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact us on WhatsApp +92 314 1767622 or email support@theflyfeet.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll share the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Custom or specially ordered items cannot be returned. Please contact us with any questions about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or style you want is to request a return and, once accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like — or ask our team on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Approved refunds are sent to your bank account, JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet within 10 business days.

Warranty

Eligible products come with a 1-year warranty. Message us with your order number and photos of the issue.
